Provide enough information for Vital Coat to identify the registered installation, understand the reported condition, and determine whether additional documentation or inspection is required.

Warranty recordWarranty Certificate number or proof of timely registration.
Project informationHomeowner, property address, installer, invoice, and application date.
Condition detailsDate first observed, exact location, and whether isolated or widespread.
Supporting photographsAfter submitting, email overall roof views and close-up images to [email protected].
Before submittingOnly Vital Coat may approve or deny a product-warranty claim. Installer workmanship, preparation, application, cleanup, overspray, runoff, and service promises remain the responsibility of the Authorized Installer.
