Register a completed Shingle Shield MAX™ installation in the homeowner’s name and connect the covered property to the applicable Vital Coat limited product warranty.

Prepare the Registration Information

The Authorized Installer may complete the registration, but the warranty record must identify the homeowner and residential property connected to the completed installation.

Homeowner informationFull name, contact information, and covered property address.
Installation detailsApplication date, Authorized Installer, and treated square footage.
Product usageTotal Shingle Shield MAX product used and proof of purchase or invoice.
Project photographsAfter submitting, email clear before-and-after photographs to [email protected].
Before submittingRegistration must be completed within thirty (30) days after application. Late or incomplete registration does not activate coverage unless Vital Coat expressly approves an exception in writing.
